Thank you for being a valued Microsoft Advertising adCenter customer. We are writing to let you know about several key adCenter features that can help you manage your account more efficiently and improve your campaign performance.

Manage your account

The new adCenter Answer Bar allows you to easily navigate between help, tutorial, and known-issues pages. Support is also available by calling our experts toll-free at 1-866-344-8580. You can also visit our website to choose additional support options, such as email or chat.

New budget settings improve budget control, and make it easier to set and predict your account’s spending behavior. Choose from daily standard, daily accelerated, and monthly budget options. Also, adCenter’s new budget notification feature alerts you to potential issues with your budget, and provides suggestions to help prevent missed clicks and impressions.

Improve campaign results

Improving your quality score can help make your ads more competitive in the marketplace by ensuring that they are displaying for relevant queries.

The newly updated Radius Targeting feature allows you to more easily target potential customers within 5 to 100 miles of one or more business addresses. Increase the effectiveness of your search campaign by targeting customers who are just miles away.
